Eagle Rock Lofts is a Root Development project located on Colorado Boulevard in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Northeastern Los Angeles.  The project offers two ground floor, street-oriented commercial spaces (1935 sq. ft. total), and 10 residential condominium units (approx. 1300 sq. ft. each).   

In keeping with Root Development’s mission, the project addresses a need within the neighborhood while enhancing the existing community character.  Specifically, the Lofts’ design engages the lively pedestrian thoroughfare on Colorado Blvd. while also providing new residential and retail product to the neighborhood.  Adam Wheeler of Los Angeles based AdamWheelerDesign has ensured that the architecture compliments the neighborhood while also incorporating contemporary elements that align with Eagle Rock’s reputation as a forward thinking community.
