Mullio’s primary responsibilities within the firm include client relations and development, design analysis, community outreach, city relations, and presentation strategy. Mullio also is a freelance writer and curator focusing on contemporary architecture projects. 

Publications include Long Beach Architecture: The Unexpected MetropolisTrespassing: Houses x Artists, and Edward A. Killingsworth: An Architect’s Life. Selected articles and essays have appeared in the Los Angeles TimesArcade Architecture and Design Journal, and Two Minds: Artists and Architects in Collaboration.  

Mullio teaches at the University of Southern California and is invited to lecture on intersections of architecture, urban design and real estate development for various Southern California institutions. 

Mullio holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mullio has been connected to several non-profit organization including City Fabrick, Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design and the Queen Mary Heritage Foundation that focused on architecture, visual culture and history. Currently, her focus is board chair for City Fabrick, a Long-Beach based organization that promotes progressive urban design that enhances the livability of communities and health of residents in Long Beach and beyond to other surrounding cities.
